- A: We certainly can. Please complete our

- Q: I am looking for a book by a particular author that I know was
once available via Crossroad, but now I cannot find it on your
website. Is it still available?
- A: Books stay in circulation for
longer than they are kept in stock with a publisher. If you cannot find a
particular book on our site, it is no longer available. You
might want to locate a copy through an online retailer or a local
bookstore.

- Q: What types of credit cards do you accept?
- A: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express credit cards for our online purchases.

- Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?
- A: Yes. To offer secure online ordering to our customers, payments are processed via CyberSource Corporation. CyberSource processes over $25 Billion payments annually and has been independently audited and certified to meet payment card industry (PCI) security standards in the United

- Q: Is my credit card charged at the time of placing the
order?
- A: No, your credit card is not billed until your
book is actually shipped. You will receive an E-mail notification as to
when your book is shipped which is usually no longer than 24 hours after
your order is placed.

- Q: What are my shipping options?
- A: Orders placed online will ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. You may expedite your order by selecting any of the following express shipping services and pay the additional charges: UPS 3rd Day Select,
UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Overnight Delivery.

- Q: How can I check the status of my order?
- A: If you placed your order on our website, upon shipment you will receive an email confirmation with a Tracking Number and a link which will allow you to track the shipment of your order. You may also track your order by visiting our web store then sign-in to the account you established at checkout, here
you can view your past orders, update address information & track
your shipments.

- Q: How can I access my account information or check the
status of my order?
- A: To check the status of your order log on to our website and enter the order number you received from us by E-mail. Once your order has shipped you will receive a 2nd E-mail with you’re a tracking # that you can track at www.ups.com and by entering your tracking
number.

- Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
- A: Please click on our home page, the
hyperlink where it says I Forgot password and type in your E-mail
address. We will than send you your password to your E-mail address.

- Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
- A: We ship all orders UPS Ground usually within 24 hours after they were placed, Orders will usually be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. You can track your shipment by visiting UPS website at www.ups.com and entering the tracking number we provided to you in your 2nd e-mail
confirming when your package was shipped.

- Q: I received my shipment, but I am missing a book. Where is my
book?
- A: The book you did not receive is probably
temporarily out of stock or has not been published yet. Please
refer to the packing list you received with your shipment. It
should tell you why you didn’t receive the book. We will ship you
the book once we have stock. You will not be billed on your credit card
for any books ordered until they are shipped and will not be billed for
any additional shipping charges if we do not have the book in stock.

- Q: I received a damaged or defective book. Can I
return it and get another one?
- A: Yes, if you receive a book and it is damaged, we will replace the book free of charge. We ask, however, that you send the original damaged book back to us via the mail to

- Q: I purchased a book from the website, but would like to
return it. What do I do?
- A: Our return policy is 10 business days from the date of your order was shipped. If you order a book incorrectly or the book you ordered was not what you thought you were getting, you can return it to our warehouse within 10 business days by sending it back Via UPS Ground to

When we receive the book back we will send you a confirmation by E-mail and issue you credit for the full cost of the book and shipping.
- Q: When will my credit card account be credited for the book I returned?
- A: When we receive the book back we will
send you a confirmation by E-mail and issue you credit for the full cost
of the book and shipping within 48 hours. Once a credit is issued,
please allow an additional 24-36 hours for the funds to post to your
account.

- Q: I was shipped the wrong book. How can I return it
and receive the book I ordered?
- A: Please be sure to inform us of this error as soon as possible. We will ship the correct book to you after our warehouse has confirmed receipt of your return. We ask however that you send the original book back to us via the mail to

- Q: I do not have a credit card, but I would like to place an order?
- A: Yes you can still place an order and pay
by Check through our convenient E-check program by calling our customer
service department at 800-707-0670. If you are a bookstore/ trade

- Q: Why am I being charged tax?
- A: All shipments to customers who reside in
PA, NY and RI who do not have a resale certificate or tax exemption
certificate on file with The Crossroad Publishing Company are subject to
state and local sales taxes in these states.

- Q: Why do I need to sign in? Why do you need my email
address and password?
- A: You do not need to sign into our website
to browse or order books. However, while placing an order you will
be given a chance to set up a member account. We recommend you
sign up for a member account so that you can check on the status of your
order and receive membership benefits. Please see our Privacy
Policy for additional answers to your questions in this area.
Special sales, Exam & Review copies questions
- Q: I am a Crossroad/Herder & Herder author and I would like to purchase copies of my book, how may I do so?
- A: You may place orders for your books by
visiting the online ordering section on our Author Services Page. Each
author will have their separate password which will automatically take
into consideration your discount as agreed to in your author agreement.

- Q: I am buying books for a special event. Can I
purchase the books on consignment?
- A: Currently, we do not offer books on
consignment. If the event is a special author event, contact our

seminary, religious organization) can we received a discount on bulk
orders?
- A: Yes, we offer discounts on orders greater than 100 copies of a single title. If you would like to place a special order please contact sales@crossroadpublishing.com

order of books. Is there a special discount for bulk orders?

- A: Yes. Please complete the online exam
copy request form on our website. Indicate that you have already
adopted the text for your class. You will be charged a $5 shipping and
handling fee. Your book will ship via UPS Ground. Please be
sure to provide us with a street address as UPS is unable to deliver to
post office boxes.

copy?
- A: Yes. Please complete the online exam

- Q: How do I find out if foreign rights are available to a particular title?
- A: Send an email to info@bookscrossingborders.com
with your inquiry about the particular title you are interested in and
they will get in touch with you. You may also request a catalog of
the titles for which foreign rights are available.

- A: If you can’t find the book on our website, we do not have the rights to it. Please send an email to info@bookscrossingborders.com
