AUTHORS: NEW PROCEDURE
FOR ORDERING BOOKS

Beginning on June 1, 2008 Independent Publishers Group (IPG) (www.ipgbook.com) will handle the sale and distribution of all of our titles.  In order to provide our authors with improved customer service, we encourage authors to set up an author account with IPG. 

TO SET UP AN AUTHOR ACCOUNT AT IPG
AND ORDER BOOKS:

1. Contact IPG's Customer Service Department by phone, fax or email:

[At this time IPG's website is set up strictly for no-discount sales, thus online ordering is currently not an option for authors. Reminder: For your own security, please do not email your credit card information. Instead, request that the customer service representative call you for that information.]

2. Identify yourself as an author/contributor and request that they set up an author account for you.
 
[Note: IPG offers a 40% discount plus shipping on author purchases. If your contracted discount with Crossroad is not 40%, please inform the customer service representative and request that they contact Crossroad to confirm your discount.]

3. Identify your method of payment.

[IPG requires that author purchases be prepaid and can take all major credit cards by phone. Authors who prefer to pay by check can request a quote.]

4. Place your book order.

[Reminder: If you needs books for an event, please tell the customer service representative at the time of the order.  Also, remember to order books well in advance of your event to avoid rush shipping charges.]
